At Ballon d'Or, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable gifting experience. Please review our shipping and pick-up policies below:

  1. Pick-Up in Chicago and Suburbs:

    • Bubble gifts and balloons are available for free pick-up in the Chicago and suburbs area. This option is perfect for local customers who want their gifts quickly and conveniently.

  2. Shipping Across the USA:

    • We ship across the USA, but please note that shipping fees are additional and will be calculated at checkout. Processing time for regular gifts is 3 business days, but some items may be available for immediate pick-up.

  3. Rush Orders:

    • If you're in a hurry, rush orders are available. Simply call or email us, and we’ll work to accommodate your needs.

  4. Real Flower Bouquets and Cakes:

    • Real flower bouquets and cakes are only available for delivery within Illinois. We do not ship these items. However, we do ship artificial flower bouquets across the USA. Any real flower boxes or bottles are not available for shipping, only artificial arrangements.

  5. Custom Orders:

    • We specialize in custom creations. If you have a specific request, please reach out via phone or email, and we’ll be happy to assist.

  6. Substitutions:

    • In the rare event that a product is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value, keeping the theme consistent.

  7. Return & Exchange Policy:

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns if the customer is not satisfied with the gift.
